SDA Collegium convenes, Presidency session depends on Sunday's outcome

A session of the Collegium is underway at the Party of Democratic Action premises, preparing for next week's Presidency session, the Patria News Agency has learned.

Whether the SDA Presidency session will be held at the beginning of the week depends on the outcome of the party leaders' meeting on Sunday, where an attempt will be made to agree on the distribution of positions in the FBiH Government.

As Patria has learned, the Cadre Commission will also consider the submitted names for candidates for the Council of Ministers next week, and it is known for now that Adil Osmanović and Senad Šepić are candidates for the Minister of Human Rights and Refugees and the Minister of Civil Affairs, respectively.

For now, no one, not even the party's closest leadership, can know who will be appointed to which position. Otherwise, as is known, Bakir Izetbegović, SDA Deputy President, Željko Komšić, DF leader, and Dragan Čović, HDZ BiH President, will meet on Sunday to try to reach a compromise.

Namely, HDZ is seeking six positions, the same as DF, and it is unacceptable for SDA that HDZ gets so many ministerial positions.
