He arrived in armored vehicles of the international community and under the American flag. And since then, Milorad Dodik has been an absolute constant in the political processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Created as a solution to a problem, like a dangerous virus, he broke free from the American diplomatic laboratory. Today, he is one of the two biggest problems in Balkan political currents. Somehow together, Dodik and his local patron Aleksandar Vučić grew and strengthened under Russian patronage. With them, the Kremlin's oversight of the processes in the never fully resolved post-Yugoslav crisis also developed.
The American diplomatic lab has messed up multiple times. It has captured Bosnia, Montenegro, and Kosovo through the actions of the Dodik-Vučić duo. Problems are multiplying on all sides today, and American diplomacy, as if on a suicide mission, continues to support them in the hope that they can be reset or refabricated to American/Western settings.
However, it is clear to everyone that Dodik and Vučić, even if they wanted to break free from the Russian embrace voluntarily, would not escape even with Western help. They are more likely to end up like all those who oppose the plans of the Siberian bear. That is why the Belgrade-Banja Luka duo persists in plans that the Hague Tribunal has ruled on with life and multi-decade prison sentences. But without that plan, Dodik and Vučić would be political dead men. And that would anger the Siberian bear, and it could cost them their lives.
So who will resolve the political crisis that threatens to return Bosnia and Herzegovina to a state of armed conflict?
The Trojka, as another project of the American laboratory with the participation of the wider international community, certainly will not. Their meeting tomorrow is final confirmation that the parties People and Justice, SDP BiH, and Our Party have no vision for the state or the processes within it. Because meeting with a person who staged a coup d'état two days ago in a live broadcast is complicity. And the accomplices of the coup perpetrators will have to be prosecuted when Milorad Dodik himself is.
But again, we have an open question. Which judiciary will prosecute Dodik's criminal offense? The BiH Prosecutor's Office? Well, they are also a result of a diplomatic lab under the American flag! Created in such a way that they can only resolve major issues that Washington, London, Belgrade, and Zagreb dictate. The actions of Milorad Dodik best illustrate the captivity of Bosnia and Herzegovina's sovereignty and independence.
If the representatives of the international community had done what they said over the past two and a half decades, Bosnia and Herzegovina would be sovereign and independent both de facto and de jure. And in such a state, Dodik and his accomplices in the NSRs would have been arrested on charges of coup d'état. Just as the Kingdom of Spain did when forces in Catalonia thought they were stronger than the state. Then the government in Madrid showed how a decisive and strong state acts, and even the support for Catalans in the EU evaporated within days.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the scenario is completely different. It is clear that the Quint, the Peace Implementation Council, and the European Union itself have LIED to us! After the Banja Luka scenario, dangerous smoke has begun to emanate from the Balkan powder keg.
And the aforementioned are solely responsible for such a development of the situation and will be guilty if the destabilized Balkans triggers a wave towards the interior of the Union. Yes, Russia supports Milorad Dodik, but has the issue of sanctions against Milorad Dodik not been raised multiple times in the European Parliament? Weren't MEPs like Klemen Grošelj warning more than a year ago that there are bureaucrats sitting in the center of the EU for whom Dodik is a favorite politician and who are protecting him from sanctions? Yes, just as the wider public, including politicians, academics, and journalists, warned the State Department and the White House to react more decisively.
Their inertia has helped the detonator of a possible war, Milorad Dodik, to survive and become a favorite of many European populists.
And therefore, the USA, Great Britain, Germany in particular, and the EU as a whole are obligated to Bosnia and Herzegovina to resolve the situation. And an explosive situation is resolved by removing the causes of explosiveness. I don't just mean Milorad Dodik.
His SNSD must be removed and included in the list of terrorist organizations, as well as institutions that have agreed to be implementers of the coup d'état. Because removing only Dodik and SNSD means that in twenty-something years, a new monster will appear, ready to overthrow the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the sake of the Serb world.
SERB WORLD! That is where every danger to the stability of the Balkans begins, and therefore every tendril of its system in Bosnia and Herzegovina must finally be removed. And there are many such tendrils, and I am quite sure that the embassies of the USA, Great Britain, and the EU know about 90 percent of them. Because these tendrils are in the state institutions, from governments and parliaments to the judiciary, police, and intelligence agencies.
Only by identifying and eliminating these tendrils, after the prior removal of Dodik and SNSD, can space be created for the development of a sovereign and independent state. But that state can no longer function under the umbrella of the Dayton Peace Agreement. Because the crisis caused by the Banja Luka scenario is not the first. It may be the most serious, but it is only a continuation of a series of crises created in the artificial Dayton construct of RS - in translation, 49 percent occupied territory.
GAME OVER! The game is at its final level! The only question is whether the game with the fate of Bosnia and Herzegovina will end with the Balkans exploding and taking us back three decades, or whether the international community, led by America, will realize that the Siberian bear's Balkan cubs have made their moves!
And whatever the meteorologists predict, the summer days ahead will show whether the West is a fiction for us from post-communist countries or a real force that can adequately respond to Putinophiles.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is definitely at a crossroads. Which direction it will continue and whether new weapons will be tested along the way depends only on you - GENTLEMEN OF THE WEST!
