Law on Foreign Affairs will not be adopted, Radmanović announced numerous amendments

(Patria) - What SNSD President Milorad Dodik and BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Staša Košarac announced two days ago was also confirmed by a member of the Collegium of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament Nebojša Radmanović. The adoption of all future laws will be halted until certain open issues are resolved.

At the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament scheduled for September 21, the deputies will consider the Bill on Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH in the first reading.

Dodik and Košarac emphasized that no more laws will be adopted until the issue of the BiH Constitutional Court, the status of judges, and its further operation are resolved. The main demand from RS is that there should be no more foreign judges in the BiH Constitutional Court and that decisions should be made based on the principle of 'entity voting'.

Dodik also stated that no judges from RS will be appointed to the Constitutional Court until a new law is ready.

Radmanović said that there is no agreement on certain laws.

"The Law on Foreign Affairs was adopted by the Council of Ministers, but we have significant objections to this legal proposal. We will consider this law at the next session in the first reading and will likely propose a large number of amendments," said Radmanović.

A new meeting of the parties of the state coalition will also be held next week to consider all issues and obligations on the path to the EU.
