- You must admit that this is a classic case of shifting responsibility. The responsibility lies with the truncated government, where the alleged majority is not functioning. You are seeking support by force. You are trying to get these few votes for the law. The government's obligation is to conduct dialogue. Those who are asking for it, the workers, need to be heard. They did not ask for the law not to pass; I believe they are ready to take even drastic steps, but enough space must be left. Withdraw the item, let the prime minister continue negotiations as he could have done last night until midnight. Why did the government allow all the burden to be shifted to the House of Peoples - he said.

12:05 The opposition does not give up on the request to postpone the vote on the Labour Law and is asking for 10 to 15 days of additional consultations, after which the law could return to the agenda.

11:41 After DF delegates said they would not support the agenda, Slaviša Šućur from SDP requested the removal of the Labour Law from the agenda.

- We have nothing against the law being on one of the next sessions in seven or ten days - Šućur stated.

The emergency session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina began with a delay, reports a reporter from the Patria news agency.

On the announced agenda of this session are the Reform Agenda for Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period 2015-2018 and the proposed Labour Law. Demonstrations are being held in front of the Parliament building, with the main goal being to prevent the Labour Law from passing.

Presiding Officer Lidija Bradara (HDZ BiH) stated that she hopes the law will be adopted and that this is only the first step.

- We hope no one will cause problems, because the law can be amended in Parliament. The government is open to dialogue, which is why we invited representatives of the Union of Independent Trade Unions to the session - Bradara stated.

It is known that representatives of the opposition political parties, the Alliance for a Better Future and the Social Democratic Party, will vote against the proposed Labour Law, which was proposed by the Government of the Federation of BiH.

Representatives of the Democratic Front (DF), which claims to be in opposition to the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and the Croatian Democratic Union of BiH (HDZ BiH), i.e., a political party opposed to the executive authority in the Federation of BiH, will also vote against the proposed Labour Law.

On the other hand, the DF continues to participate in the executive authority together with SDA and HDZ BiH, given that it retains Milan Dunović as Vice President of the Federation of BiH, and because it has ministers in the Government of the Federation of BiH whose resignations have not yet been accepted.

Nevertheless, DF delegates will not vote for the agenda, because, as they stated, they learned everything from the media, and it is too serious a matter that they did not receive the materials on time.
