Conclusions of the BiH Party Presidency: Urgently review the actions of agents before the ECtHR, "Trojka" to take responsibility and resign

(Patria) - The Presidency of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina held a session on Friday, and among other agenda items, the political situation in BiH was discussed, from the state, entity, to cantonal level of government, where a series of conclusions were adopted.

Conclusions of the BiH Party Presidency:

1. The Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH and the relevant minister Selvid Hurtić to urgently react to the unauthorized actions of former agents of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Strasbourg who, without decisions from the competent ministry and the Council of Ministers of BiH, filed an appeal against the historic judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the judgment in the case Kovačević. If this does not happen in the shortest possible time, we will consider the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be kidnapped.

2. We remind the public as well as the representatives of "Trojka" that we warned them in time how their political marriage with Milorad Dodik would end. Megalomaniacal demands at the expense of the state and the blockade of government work happened even sooner than we expected. Let them take responsibility for what they have done with Dodik and resign from their positions as they promised during the formation of the colorful-black coalition.

3. We give full support to the Club of Bosniaks in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to prevent the adoption of laws harmful to the state, especially the Election Law, the Law on the Constitutional Court and state property, as well as others that are against the interests of the state, using all constitutional and procedural possibilities available to them.

4. We call on the Government of the Federation of BiH to urgently stop the practice of borrowing and pushing the citizens of the Federation into debt slavery, and to focus on the implementation of initiated development projects in the field of energy and transport, primarily the replacement Block 7 at TE Tuzla, instead of threatening citizens that the price of electricity must increase.

5. Regarding the statements of the US Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Michael Murphy, in which he commented on the position of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the Kovačević case, we call on the United States of America to fully support the implementation of this Judgment, which will be the best and most concrete support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of BiH. The April package, which the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina advocated against in the distant past, did not solve any of the key problems for the functioning of our state, such as entity voting and houses of peoples, while the implementation of the Kovačević judgment would remove these undemocratic blockade mechanisms that exist only in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

6. The BiH Party Presidency gives full support to the decision of ministers in the Government of Sarajevo Canton Almir Bečarević and Emir Dedović, as well as Cantonal Prime Minister Nihad Uk, not to resign in order to enable political traders in Sarajevo Canton to realize their political and other trades with turncoats, independent traders and owners of "bag" parties, which they have obviously already agreed upon, but in their pursuit of pure mathematics, they forgot to read the Constitution and laws. Instead of dealing with reconstruction, which does not exist according to the law, the Government should finally deal with its job and solving the accumulated problems of citizens for which no one has time due to the scramble for director positions. As long as directors, companies and institutions are managed by parties and individuals, and not by the Government and relevant ministries, the city will be dirty, health services will be a nightmare for patients, citizens' safety will be endangered, and the only thing citizens will be asked for is to pay more for all of it.
