Drawing of Political Entities for Determining Order on Ballot Paper Scheduled

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In accordance with the Election Law of BiH and the Instruction on the Procedure for Drawing Political Entities to Determine the Order on the Ballot Paper, the Central Election Commission of BiH will organize a drawing of political entities to determine the order on the ballot paper on Thursday, starting at 11 AM at the headquarters of the Central Election Commission of BiH in Sarajevo.

The Central Election Commission of BiH informs political entities, media, and all actors of the election process in BiH that the drawing is public.

The drawing will be open to the public in a way that the drawing procedure will be broadcast LIVE via live streaming on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH, www.izbori.ba. The Central Election Commission of BiH has adapted this election activity to the epidemiological situation in BiH caused by the COVID-19 virus.

Following the drawing, the Central Election Commission of BiH will, by its decision, determine the order of political entities on the ballot paper, which will be applied to the Local Elections in BiH scheduled for November 15, 2020.

Minutes will be kept on the drawing procedure, which, along with the aforementioned decision, will be available to the public on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH.
