House of Representatives of PS BiH session scheduled: HJPC, Ombudsmen and Law on Freedom of Access to Information on the agenda

(Patria) - The session of the House of Representatives of PS BiH is scheduled for August 22. Today, the President of RS, Milorad Dodik, spoke about this session, confirming that their representatives will appear at the session and vote for what has been agreed with partners at the state level.

Thus, the Proposed Law on Amendments to the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina P.Z.E.I, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH, is on the agenda.

Regarding the Law on the Ombudsman for Human Rights and the Proposed Law on Freedom of Access to Information, the Collegium Commission's reports on reaching agreement are on the agenda.

Dodik thus announced support for all three laws, but noted that coalition partners should also open the discussion on the judiciary and the Constitutional Court of BiH.

He even said that the proposal for amendments to the Election Law of BiH should be completed by the end of October.

The day before the session, sessions of the Constitutional-Legal Committee of the House of Representatives, the Committee on Finance and Budget of the House of Representatives, the Committee on Transport and Communications, and the Committee on Foreign Trade and Customs will be held.
