Together for a Meal for All: Klas Company Donated 15,000 KM to the Pomozi.ba Association

(Patria) - The company Klas d.d. donated 15,000 KM to the Pomozi.ba Association, marking the end of the "Together for a Meal for All" campaign. A voucher worth 15,000 KM was presented to representatives of the Pomozi.ba Association by the General Director of Klas, Madžid Avdagić, and Marketing Manager, Belma Karahasanović, who expressed pride in another successfully realized socially responsible project.

"With this campaign, we wanted to support the Pomozi.ba Association and help them provide meals for all their beneficiaries. With our well-known Klas bread, Zlatni puder, jufke, and pasta, we have been producing food with love for decades. I believe that through joint efforts, we can make a big difference in the lives of our fellow citizens in need, and this campaign has shown that. Thank you to everyone who joined and supported this initiative. We will continue to support such actions in the future, as it is our strategic mission," stated the General Director of Klas, Madžid Avdagić.

Marketing Manager Belma Karahasanović stated that they are not hiding their happiness that the "Together for a Meal for All" campaign has generated great interest among our fellow citizens.

"Klas has dedicated itself to socially responsible projects and supporting those in need this year. This donation will enable numerous people to have a meal and show them that they are not forgotten in society today. It means a lot to them... a kind word and a visit every morning in their homes."

The Pomozi.ba Association will use the donated funds for the "Meal for All" project, within which 1,000 meals are prepared daily in kitchens in Sarajevo, Travnik, and Bihać for socially vulnerable, elderly, and ill individuals.

"Such donations in today's difficult times are of extremely great importance to our beneficiaries, for whom even a kilogram of flour is useful, let alone larger donations. We are grateful to the Klas company for their long-term cooperation, and we are sure that we can count on their support in the future as well," stated the founder of the Pomozi.ba Association, Elvir Karalić.

The "Together for a Meal for All" campaign, realized by Klas and Pomozi.ba, lasted from June 15 to September 15, 2023. During that period, Klas allocated a portion of the revenue from the sale of each package of flour for the preparation of hot meals for the beneficiaries of the Pomozi.ba Association.

In addition to this significant donation, Klas employees, along with the team from the Pomozi.ba Association, visited several families and individuals in need during the past period and delighted them with packages containing Klas products.
