Women's Association of HDZ 1990: Instead of Roses, We Want Equality

The Women's Association of HDZ 1990 is organizing an event titled „Instead of a Rose“ ahead of International Women's Day, reports the Patria news agency.

- To the fairer sex, instead of a rose for Women's Day, we want to gift the awakened consciousness of Bosnian-Herzegovinian society, which will not end on March 9 - they emphasize from the Women's Association of HDZ 1990, and invite other political parties, non-governmental organizations, as well as all individuals to participate in this event and the creation of new social dimensions that will enable the female gender a stronger role and contribution in all social and political events in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The event will be held in several Bosnian-Herzegovinian cities through creative street events and activities, and the central event of the manifestation is a public forum titled „Instead of a Rose, I Want to Be Equal“, which will be held on Saturday, March 7 in Mostar.
