Zaimović announced an appeal to the Constitutional Court of FBiH due to the session convened by Bošković

(Patria) - President of the SDA Club Mirsad Zaimović, after a break in the session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, announced the submission of an appeal to the Constitutional Court of FBiH because they believe that the authority held by Mladen Bošković is not in accordance with the Rules of Procedure and they consider the session itself controversial.

"We are announcing an appeal to the Constitutional Court, because due to potential consequences, it must be known who bears responsibility for the situation that may arise," said Zaimović.

He stated that they remained at the session out of "caution," as he legally explained.

Mahir Mešalić said that the report on today's agenda item is submitted by Belmin Zukan, and not by the Legislative-Legal Committee, which has not even met.
