Movement of all vehicles prohibited across the bridge on the Dobro Polje-Miljevina road

(Patria) - Movement of all vehicles across the bridge on the main road Dobro Polje-Miljevina is prohibited. Vehicles with a total mass of up to 3.5 tons can use the roads via Kalinovik (there are 19 km of unpaved road) and Grebak, while freight vehicles must go via Rogatica and Goražde.

Traffic on the roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina is proceeding on intermittently wet or damp road surfaces. At the beginning of the work week, we expect increased traffic intensity on the main roads as well as approaches to cities. We appeal for a higher degree of caution when passing through school zones.

Fog is present in the valleys and along river courses, and due to frequent landslides, we advise special caution on the sections: Bihać-Srbljani-Bosanska Krupa, Crna Rijeka-Jajce, Bugojno-Kupres, Kladanj-Vlasenica, Simin Han-Banj Brdo, Srebrenik-Šićki Brod-Olovo, Ribnica-Banovići, Mostar-Doljani, Buna-Masline, Sarajevo-Foča-GP Šćepan Polje, Goražde-Čajniče-GP Metaljka and Višegrad-Vardište, as well as the passes Rostovo (Novi Travnik-Bugojno), Mlinište (Glamoč-Mrkonjić Grad) and Makljen (Prozor-Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje).

Due to construction work on a noise barrier on the A-1 Sarajevo sjever-Podlugovi highway section, traffic is only using the overtaking lane.

On the main road Jablanica-Blidinje, traffic is allowed for vehicles up to 3.5 tons, while traffic for vehicles over 3.5 tons is still suspended.

Passenger vehicle traffic at border crossings is proceeding with short delays.

Due to the registration of passengers under the new system for entering and exiting European Union countries (EES, Entry/Exit System), longer delays at border crossings are possible.

The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. As of December 2, 2025, the Karakaj border crossing is open for all categories of vehicles. Traffic for all freight vehicles is prohibited at the Šepak border crossing.
