"Forgetful" Novalić: Court decision for Lukač implemented urgently, while the one for EPHZHB seems non-existent!

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo issued a ruling on July 3 regarding a temporary measure of protection, prohibiting the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and JP Elektroprivreda HZHB (EPHZHB) from implementing the decision of this company's Assembly from June 29 to dismiss the president and members of the Supervisory Board of Elektroprivreda HZHB due to the expiration of their mandate, until the final conclusion of the court proceedings, but this measure has not been implemented, reports the Patria news agency.

However, despite this, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has announced a competition to fill the supervisory board in this company, based on criteria established during a telephone session, where ministers decided that a certificate of completed training is no longer required.

The Office for Legislation of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not react, nor did the government seek an opinion, and Patria brings a statement from Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, who, two days after his appointment, first signed that the temporary court measure must be implemented, in the case of Dragan Lukač, director of the FUP.

- We know that court decisions, as well as those of the Constitutional Court, must be respected, and 5,000 KM is the fine for one day of non-compliance with a court decision. This is not about any appointment; the court will do its part, and then we will see what happens next. I only placed information from the court on the agenda, which had to be respected – said Novalić on April 20, 2015.

Now, because he does not respond to calls from our journalist, he does not explain why he does not apply this statement to the case of the temporary court measure for Elektroprivreda HZHB Mostar.

And when experts hoped that Novalić would be a prime minister who would respect court decisions, they were quickly mistaken. It is known and an open secret that Novalić consults on everything with the President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Marinko Čavara, and he is very keen that the court decision regarding Elektroprivreda HZHB Mostar is not respected.

Incidentally, the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fadil Novalić, under pressure from Aljoša Čampara, the Minister of Internal Affairs, made the decision regarding Lukač, just two days after taking office.

As Novalić admitted in his first public appearances that he is "politically inexperienced and uneducated," it is clear that Čampara, in this example, has already imposed himself as the shadow prime minister in the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and shown who from the SDA will be the real "ruler."
