More than 4.6 million KM approved for linking work experience of coal mine workers in EPBiH concern

(Patria) - The Government of FBiH has passed a Decision approving funds for Kreka Coal Mine d.o.o. Tuzla, Kakanj Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Kakanj, Breza Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Breza, and Zenica Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Zenica for linking work experience for unpaid pension and disability contributions for workers who have met the conditions for retirement, in the total amount of 1,766,005.45 KM for 58 workers, and for 76 workers for whom funds have been paid according to court rulings, but who have not met the conditions for retirement, in the total amount of 2,867,261.71 KM.

Kreka Coal Mine d.o.o. Tuzla has been approved 487,008.17 KM for linking work experience for 25 workers, and Kakanj Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Kakanj 489,092.12 KM for 16 workers. Breza Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Breza has been approved 56,253.39 KM for linking work experience for one worker, and Zenica Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Zenica 733,651.77 KM is approved for linking work experience for 16 workers.

Zenica Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Zenica has been approved for linking work experience for paid funds according to court rulings, for workers who have not met the conditions for retirement, in the total amount of 2,827,001.39 KM for 72 workers, and Breza Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Breza has been approved 40,260.32 KM for the same purposes for four workers.

The approved amounts will be paid from the funds of dependent companies - coal mines in the EPBiH Concern, and were secured by the Decision on approving funds for providing loans to dependent companies - coal mines by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo dated 25.5.2021. JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo, dependent companies - coal mines in the EP BiH Concern, the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, and the FBiH Tax Administration are responsible for the implementation of this decision.
