Manhunt launched for Nedžib Spahić's killer

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Working on clarifying the criminal offense of "Murder" under Article 166 of the Criminal Code of FBiH, police officers of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Administration, in cooperation and under the supervision of the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, have undertaken a series of operational-tactical and criminal investigation measures and activities, and have identified individuals connected to the commission of the criminal offense. 

"So far, an individual with initials S. H., born in 1960, has been deprived of liberty, suspected of the criminal offense under Article 33 of the Criminal Code of FBiH (Aiding and Abetting), and is undergoing criminal processing at the official premises of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Administration, while a manhunt has been launched for another individual with initials S. G., born in 1977. Police officers of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Administration, under the supervision of the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, continue their work on collecting evidence, finding the wanted person, and documenting the criminal offense," said Mirza Hadžiabdić from the Public Relations Department of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Administration. 

We remind you that on Monday evening, Nedžib Spahić was shot multiple times in the garden of the Paper Moon restaurant in Grbavica and died a few hours later at the General Hospital. The killer fled the scene, and the car was later found in Ciglane.
