Judge Zlatko M. Knežević elected President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to the expiration of the mandate of the current President and Vice-Presidents of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has elected the President and Vice-Presidents of the Constitutional Court of BiH for the next three-year term. Judge Zlatko M. Knežević, the current Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has been elected President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

With the election of Judge Zlatko M. Knežević, the current Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the mandate of Judge Mirsad Ćeman, the current President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has expired. Judges Mato Tadić, the current Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (from the Croatian people), Mirsad Ćeman, the current President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (from the Bosniak people), and Margarita Caca-Nikolovska (from the international judges) have been elected as Vice-Presidents of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

All decisions on requests for constitutionality assessment and appeals adopted at the session will be delivered to the applicants within one month and published on the website of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
