For Izetbegović, Dodik is the biggest problem in BiH, but what is his justification for Čović!?

No agreement was reached today at the Joint Commission of the Council of Peoples and the National Assembly of Republika Srpska regarding the Bosniak veto on the National Assembly's decision on the referendum in RS on the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and it will be sent to the Constitutional Court of RS for decision.  

The clubs of Serbs, others, and Croats, with the exception of two delegates, declared that the vital national interest of Bosniaks was not violated by the decision of the National Assembly of RS on the referendum.  

It is noted that representatives of HDZ BiH are also in the Club of Croats, which should be a signal to Bakir Izetbegović, as well as to SDA, that Dragan Čović, the leader of HDZ, has a clear agreement with Milorad Dodik.  

- This declaration sent a message that the referendum is not something that would bother Čović either. And at the same time, he does whatever he wants in FBiH, because SDA allows him to do so - says our source from RS, where Bosniaks, as well as the few Croats who live there, feel betrayed.

Otherwise, in an interview with the Belgrade NIN today, Izetbegović said that Dodik is the biggest problem in BiH, and now he should explain why he is protecting Čović and whether he will ask him for an explanation as to why he supported Dodik in the Council of Peoples of RS regarding the referendum.

The Bosniak Club in the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska initiated the issue of violation of vital national interest on July 23 regarding the decision of the National Assembly on the referendum in RS on the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, which the parliamentary majority in RS adopted on July 15.  They also announced that they would request an assessment of the constitutionality of the Law on Referendum in RS.  

Now the Bosniak veto will be sent to the Constitutional Court of RS for decision, but many believe that this court will not accept the decision of the Bosniak Club to raise the issue of protecting vital interest on the decision on the referendum in RS on the Court and Prosecutor's Office.  

The decision will be sent to the Constitutional Court of RS within seven days, and that court then has 30 days to decide on this matter.
