And what do those who advocate for "good neighborly relations" always and only at the expense of Bosniaks say? What do those who claim it is not right for "Bosniaks to elect representatives for Croats?" Those for whom the use of constitutional rights is questionable? Those who would cede their constitutionally guaranteed right to those who do not want this country?
Does it matter if the Presidency of BiH is 2:1 in favor of BiH? Does it matter if Dragan Čović or Željko Komšić decides on behalf of the state? Does it matter if Slaven Kovačević or Darijana Filipović decides on behalf of the state?
If it doesn't matter, turn towards Gradiška. Tonight, Srđan Amidžić, with the consent of Europe, and the prior consent of HDZ's Ivica Bošnjak, has temporarily opened the Gradiška border crossing. And every temporary solution mostly becomes permanent. And so, by force, SNSD and HDZ, with the help of the EU, have given Republika Srpska the crossing and the money, and have traditionally made sheep out of Bosniaks.
"Serbs will," Polikita wrote long ago (those who remember, remember), "look out for themselves." Croats - it is known. And Bosniaks? Well, they are for world peace. And the guarantees that Denis Bećirović brought them. That pathetic member of the BiH Presidency who, on December 22, 2022, together with Željka Cvijanović, outvoted Željko Komšić and handed over the state government, officially named the Council of Ministers of BiH, to SNSD and HDZ. That is, to Dragan Čović and Milorad Dodik.
On that day, in an article titled "Ram for Denis Bećirović's Second Picture: An Extraordinary Political Suicide!", I wrote: "Denis Bećirović has today permanently exhausted his blockade mechanism with which he could force Čović or Dodik to agree to another matter important for the state. From today, Denis Bećirović is no longer important. To anyone. Not even to his party colleagues. He will never be able to condition anything again with anything."
If you think no Bosniak voted for the illegal opening of the Gradiška Border Crossing, you are mistaken. Denis Bećirović voted. Exactly on December 22, 2022. On that day, Denis Bećirović, together with Željka Cvijanović, outvoted Željko Komšić and gave the mandate to Borjana Krišto. On that day, Denis Bećirović gave the mandate to Borjana Krišto, and Borjana Krišto appointed Ivica Bošnjak as Deputy Minister of Security, who today unilaterally decided to open the Gradiška Border Crossing.
On that day, December 22, 2022, Denis Bećirović, with Željka Cvijanović, gave the mandate to Borjana Krišto, and she further appointed Srđan Amidžić as the Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH. Srđan Amidžić today, come what may, opened the border crossing. Illegally.
On that day, December 22, 2022, Denis Bećirović, by outvoting Željko Komšić, gave the mandate to Borjana Krišto, and then she further appointed Zoran Tegeltija as the Director of the Indirect Taxation Authority. That Zoran Tegeltija today, without the consent of his Supervisory Board, transferred customs officers from the old Gradiška to the new, illegal one.
On that day, December 22, 2022, Denis Bećirović, together with Željka Cvijanović, gave the mandate to Borjana Krišto, and she further appointed Mirko Kuprešaković as the Director of the BiH Border Police. That Mirko Kuprešaković today transferred his border guards to the new, illegal Gradiška crossing.
Because of that day, December 22, 2022, Denis Bećirović, along with Zukan Helez, Elmedin Konaković, and Edin Forto, could only "stand in the cornfield", write letters, express concern, and collect stickers, instead of the guarantees he had already collected enough of.
The Presidency of BiH is important. And it is most important on the day it decides on the mandate holder. If a wrong decision is made on that day, you pay the price for the next four years. Denis Bećirović made a mistake on that very day. On that day, he brought Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović into the Council of Ministers of BiH. You have felt everything else on your own skin.
For those who don't know. The Presidency of BiH, by a majority vote (can be 2:1), appoints the mandate holder for the convocation of the Council of Ministers of BiH. That Council of Ministers of BiH is confirmed only by the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH. You don't need any Houses of Peoples. It is only important that you have a total of 22 votes for and at least five votes from the RS. Once you form the Council of Ministers, it is then responsible for appointing the directors of the BiH Border Police, SIPA, the Indirect Taxation Authority, and other state agencies.
In 2022, the BiH Presidency could have outvoted Željka Cvijanović and, with the votes of Denis Bećirović and Željko Komšić, appointed, for example, anyone who does not belong to HDZ and SNSD as the mandate holder. In 2022, the SDA, DF, Trojka, and the opposition from the RS had enough votes in the House of Representatives to appoint a new convocation of the Council of Ministers of BiH without HDZ and SNSD. But they didn't. Because Denis Bećirović decided otherwise.
This year are the General Elections. If SNSD and HDZ enter the Presidency of BiH, it doesn't matter who will be the member of the BiH Presidency from the Bosniak people. Because whoever it is, the Council of Ministers of BiH will be formed under the conditions set by SNSD and HDZ. Of course, it matters who is also a member of the Presidency from the Bosniak people. Denis Bećirović is a clear proof that it does.
