Previously, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina informed the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina that Dodik is unavailable, after which the judge for preliminary proceedings of the BiH Court ordered his detention, Istraga announced on its X platform.
In addition to Dodik, detention was also ordered for the Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, and the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, which in practice means that when the three are brought in for questioning, they will also be taken into custody.
The mentioned trio is under investigation for attacking the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
