Wigemark discussed with Skaka and praised EYOF organization

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Head of the European Union Delegation to BiH Lars Gunnar Wigemark praised the successful organization of the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF), and the spectacular opening at the Asim Ferhatović Hase stadium, which he also attended, during a meeting with the Mayor of Sarajevo Abdulah Skaka, the City Administration announced.

Wigemark met with the Mayor and Deputy Mayors Ivica Šarić and Milan Trivić in the City Hall to discuss the cooperation so far, and joint projects that are in preparation.

The discussion also covered more efficient use of European funds, with Sarajevo City making significant progress last year, and plans to intensify activities in this regard.

Joint activities for the celebration of May 9th, Europe Day, were also agreed upon.
