Wigemark meets Izetbegović: Continue implementing the Reform Agenda

Member of the Presidency of BiH Bakir Izetbegović received the Head of the EU Delegation to BiH Lars-Gunnar Wigemark. The current political and economic situation in BiH was discussed.

The interlocutors agreed that legal issues should be decided by competent institutions. Also, the interlocutors agreed that all political leaders in BiH should currently make maximum joint efforts to calm political tensions, and to focus on achieving common goals through mutual dialogue and cooperation.

They particularly emphasized that institutions at all levels of government in BiH should continue to work smoothly and diligently on implementing the reforms from the Reform Agenda, which will improve the lives of citizens and ensure the progress of BiH in the process of joining the European Union.
