Vukanović satisfied with the meeting in Kupres: An agreement was reached, it went much better than we expected

(Patria) - Leader of the List for Justice and Order, Nebojša Vukanović, addressed reporters after today's meeting in Kupres, which gathered opposition parties from RS and HDZ BiH.

- This was a very pleasant, enjoyable meeting that lasted more than three hours. We are very satisfied. A relaxed situation was created.

An agreement was reached. A meeting of those of us who were here today and the Trojka should be held soon, by the end of this month, at which a concrete agreement should be reached.

We hope that this crisis will be resolved as soon as possible and that tensions will be relaxed and reduced, which is the goal of all of us, that institutions will function and that processes that were previously initiated will be unblocked - said Vukanović.

Reporters were interested in whether some of the key issues were harmonized today.

- We agreed not to disclose any details at this time. In any case, it was a very pleasant and constructive meeting. I must say that it went much better than we expected.

By the end of the month, there should be a meeting at a higher level to probably agree on some document, an agreement on functioning and work, of course, if an agreement is reached, in the next year and a half - stated Vukanović.

When it comes to expelling SNSD from power, he reminded of the earlier statements of the leader of HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović.

- You saw yesterday that Čović said that they themselves somehow expelled themselves from power because they violated the agreement they had and caused great damage to everyone - points out Vukanović.

Vukanović is precisely the candidate of the opposition parties from RS for the new Minister of Security of BiH. And the key to his appointment to that position in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament is held by HDZ BiH.
