HJPC claims media statements by lawyers Adamović and Vidović damage the reputation of BiH judiciary

The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC BiH) believes that the media appearances of lawyers Vasvija Vidović and Vlado Adamović, who are appearing as witnesses in the investigation against BiH Court judge Azra Miletić, suspected of taking bribes, are inappropriate.

- Inappropriate statements and pressure from lawyers appearing in the role of witnesses contribute to the creation of public distrust in the BiH judicial system – it was announced from the HJPC BiH, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

- As lawyers, Ms. Vidović and Mr. Adamović are clear about the role of a witness in proceedings, so it is all the more surprising that they have ignored the postulates of their profession by going public with inappropriate statements – the HJPC statement further states.
