HJPC announces competition: Six chief prosecutors sought, two deputies for Kajganić, judges, prosecutors, associates...

(Patria) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) has announced a competition for vacant positions in the judiciary, seeking as many as six chief prosecutors, including the chief prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton, the chief prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Una-Sana Canton, the chief prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, the chief prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka, the chief prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Doboj, and the chief prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in East Sarajevo.

The term of the current chief prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, Sabina Sarajlija, is expiring soon, and due to a penalty imposed by the Disciplinary Commission, she cannot run again.

Among the vacant positions are also two deputy chief prosecutors in the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as one position of judge at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We remind you that the last judge to retire was Branko Perić.
