(Patria) - The session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV) of Bosnia and Herzegovina is underway, and none of the three candidates received sufficient support from VSTV members for the position of head of the Special Department for the fight against corruption, organized crime, and inter-cantonal crime.
Although the three candidates who remained in the race presented their work programs, according to the VSTV's position, none of them met the criteria, and a new competition will be announced.
The VSTV should today appoint nine prosecutors of the Federal Prosecutor's Office and ten judges of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the needs of special departments.
VSTV did not elect the head of the so-called federal USKOK. No candidate received support. This means the competition will be annulled
