VSSB BiH requested information from competent courts on the status of disputes between BHRT and RTRs

(Patria) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH announced today that the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH are final and binding and that the HJPC has contacted competent courts to provide information on the status of cases initiated in disputes between BHRT and RTRs.

The HJPC of BiH emphasizes that they are a regulatory judicial body that ensures the fulfillment of the principles of efficiency, quality, independence, accountability, and transparency of the judiciary at a strategic level, but also supervises the work of judicial institutions.

In its requests addressed to the authorities on the day of the protests in front of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH on November 27, Radio Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina requested the President of the HJPC to publish the reasons for the delay in rendering judgments in the courts of RS concerning disputes between BHRT and RTRs, in accordance with the Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH number: AP-4567/23 of March 27, 2025.
