
(Patria) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH, during the second day of its session, held on May 15 and 16 in Sarajevo, made a decision on the appointment of judicial office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Appointed at the RS level are:
• Igor Cimeša, to the position of judge at the District Court in Banja Luka;
• Tanja Grubačić-Janković, to the position of judge at the District Court in Banja Luka;
• Šejla Husić, to the position of judge at the District Court in Banja Luka;
• Danijela Šarčević, to the position of judge at the District Court in Banja Luka;
• Ljubo Macanović, to the position of judge at the District Court in Prijedor;
• Jelena Filipović, to the position of judge at the District Court in Doboj;
• Milena Kundačina, to the position of judge at the District Court in Trebinje.
Appointed at the FBiH level are:
• Nedžad Baković, to the position of judge at the Cantonal Court in Zenica;
• Milica Bošković, to the position of judge at the Cantonal Court in Široki Brijeg;
• Mirjana Skoko, to the position of associate legal counsel at the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg;
• Gabrijela Zrno, to the position of associate legal counsel at the Municipal Court in Bugojno;
• Amina Razić, to the position of associate legal counsel at the Municipal Court in Bugojno;
• Ahmer Škrijelj, to the position of associate legal counsel at the Municipal Court in Gradačac;
• Merima Ćatović, to the position of associate legal counsel at the Municipal Court in Čapljina;
• Anita Kraljević, to the position of associate legal counsel at the Municipal Court in Mostar.
When making the Appointment Decision, the HJPC BiH took into account criteria such as: professional knowledge, work experience and work results; professional abilities based on past career achievements; ability to perform duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the scope of the function for which they are applying; relationship with colleagues, behavior outside of work, professional impartiality and reputation.
When appointing, the HJPC BiH applies the relevant constitutional provisions governing equal rights and representation of constituent peoples and others, and respects gender balance.
