Supreme Court of FBiH prohibits acting director of Sarajevo Airport Sanin Ramezić from performing duties

(Patria) - The Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH has prohibited the acting director of JP Sarajevo Airport, Sanin Ramezić, from performing his duties. Prohibition measures have also been imposed on three members of the Airport's Supervisory Board.

Namely, the Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH, in the criminal case against suspects B.M., A.M., Ž.M., and S.R., due to the existence of a founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Abuse of Official Position or Authority" under Article 383, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of FBiH in conjunction with Article 31 of the same Law, deciding on the proposal of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor's Office for the Suppression of Corruption, Organized and Inter-Cantonal Crime of the Federation of BiH, file number: T21 0 KTK 0000111 25 of 28.11.2025, for the imposition of prohibition measures, after the hearing held on 3.12.2025, issued a decision by which the proposal of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor's Office is adopted, and according to this decision, suspects B.M., A.M., Ž.M., and S.R. are imposed prohibition measures from undertaking certain business activities or official duties, under Article 140a, Paragraph 1, point a) of the Criminal Procedure Code of FBiH.
