By a decision of the Supreme Court of FBiH dated November 13, the appeals of the defense attorneys of the suspects Jerko Ivanković Lijanović, Suad Čamdžić and Mersed Šerifović were granted, and the decision of the Court of TK, which had extended the custody of the suspects, was quashed, and the case was returned to the first-instance court for a new decision, reports the news agency Patria.
We recall, Lijanović, Šerifović, and Čamdžić are suspected based on reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of abuse of position and authority.
