Driving on wet roads, frequent landslides

In most of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, traffic is on predominantly wet roads, and we draw attention to frequent landslides, reports the Patria News Agency.

On shaded parts of roads in higher elevations, as well as on regional and local roads, and roads in the northwestern regions, there is snow on the road surface.

Due to fog, we highlight sections in valleys and river flows in the central, northeastern, and eastern parts of our country, as well as the Ripač-Vrtoče and Ključ-Vrhpolje-Sanski Most roads. We advise drivers to drive more cautiously, adapted to the current conditions and road situation. We appeal to drivers not to set off on a journey without winter equipment, the possession of which is legally mandatory for all vehicle categories.

Due to the holiday, Orthodox Christmas, the transport of explosives is prohibited in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Due to poor weather conditions in Croatia, traffic for vehicles over 3.5 tons is prohibited at the Izačić border crossing. At other border crossings, delays are no longer than 20 to 30 minutes, it was announced by BIHAMK.
