Drivers beware, icy roads

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Low temperatures this morning are conducive to the formation of ice, so BIHAMK is calling on drivers to drive more cautiously.

They advise particular caution in higher areas, as well as on bridges, viaducts, and tunnel approaches. We also draw attention to frequent landslides of soil or stones.

We remind you that possessing winter equipment is legally mandatory. 

Due to works in the Crnaja tunnel on the Konjic-Jablanica road, traffic is alternating, one lane at a time, during the day, while traffic is suspended at night (from 11:30 PM to 4:30 AM).

On the Jajce-Donji Vakuf main road, due to works in the Skela tunnel, traffic alternates, one lane at a time, during the day. At night (from 10 PM to 6 AM), traffic is suspended and redirected to the bypass around the tunnel (Metaling factory roundabout).

Traffic is slowed down due to works on the following routes: Jablanica-Mostar (Komadinovo vrelo to Begića i Begovića bridge), Grude-Ljubuški (at the exit from Grude), and Stolac-Hutovo (in Cerovica).

Due to an activated landslide, traffic on the Foča-Goražde main road section (in Filipovići) is slowed down, using only one lane.

There are no long delays at border crossings.
