Drivers beware: Wet roads, strong gusts of wind, and landslides on the roads

In most of Bosnia and Herzegovina this morning, traffic is on wet and occasionally slippery roads, with occasional strong gusts of wind. The danger of falling rocks onto the road has increased, so we appeal to drivers to drive with maximum caution and to adjust their driving to the conditions and state of the roads, according to BIHAMK, reports the Patria News Agency.

Temporary traffic signals have been placed on sections where renovation works are underway, and compliance with them is mandatory. We highlight the section of the A-1 highway Lepenica-Tarčin (at the exit from the Grab tunnel), as well as the main roads: Jablanica-Mostar, Živinice-Šićki Brod, Priboj-Simin Han, and Bihać-Izačić.

At border crossings, delays are up to 30 minutes. Due to works in Croatia, traffic is slowed down in both directions at the Orašje-Županja border crossing.

We appeal to drivers to check the validity of all documents necessary for crossing the border before starting their journey.
