-Dear Gorica, first of all, I did not say that your father is a bumpkin as you claim, but a village trickster, which is an important difference; peasants are honest people who live off their own work.

Furthermore, everything that happened in Belgrade in those years I know well, but you hardly do - you were little, and I remember well Novica Stojičić from Niš and Dule the Gypsy from Šabac and Borislav Mikelić and the threats of Jovan Tintor and the Bulgarian affairs and everything that was happening then, and all that is well known to your father and mine, but that is their life, not yours and mine!

And I will stop here because I think it is better for you! I have never spoken about it nor will I, but just to mention that it should not be forgotten, and there is a lot of it!

Whether I am someone or no one, I am enough for myself and my family, just as you are for yours, and that is quite enough!

My political stance today is the same as your father's until 2006 when we won the elections; why he changed then I do not know, but my views have remained the same.
