The City Civil Protection Headquarters of Prijedor declared a state of emergency for flood protection due to the rising water level of the Sana River, which currently stands at 460 cm and is still rising, reports the Patria News Agency.
The situation is extremely difficult in certain areas, and all available Civil Protection forces are on the ground.
We remind you that the Sana River has partially overflowed and flooded about 80 houses in the settlements of Tukovi and Raškovac. The water has also cut off the Prijedor-Bišćani road communication.
The Bosna River is also rising, with the current water level at 133 cm.
