Authorities cannot make the EU membership application credible, how will they answer other questions

I would truly be pleased if Bosnia and Herzegovina received candidate status for the EU at the beginning of 2017, although even that in itself does not bring anything spectacular, after the BiH authorities submit the membership application on February 15, believes political analyst Almir Terzić, writes the Patria agency.

He recalls that one must bear in mind that Albania waited five years and two months for candidate status, Serbia two years and two months, Montenegro two years, Macedonia one year and nine months.

Who can expect that BiH, in record time, in less than a year, will get the same, when the BiH authorities are not able to fulfill even three conditions for the application to be credible. And, they need to answer several thousand questions, says Terzić, writes Patria.
