Owner of restaurant 'Bosna' fined 2,500 BAM for gathering of 210 people

(Patria) - Police raided the restaurant "Bosna" in Ilidža last night, sealing the premises where 210 people were present, and the owner was fined 2,500 BAM.

Police officers of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior Police Administration, carrying out planned measures and actions in the evening hours of February 20, 2021, in cooperation with inspectors of the Sarajevo Canton Inspection Administration and the FBIH Tax Administration - Sarajevo Cantonal Tax Office, conducted an inspection at the restaurant "Bosna" in Ilidža with the aim of monitoring compliance with measures adopted by crisis headquarters regarding the coronavirus pandemic.

On that occasion, 210 people were found on the premises, who were identified and searched for possible possession of prohibited items, while inspection authorities imposed fines on the owner of the facility totaling 2,500 BAM due to established irregularities, and the premises were emptied and sealed.

Such activities will continue in the coming period, and an appeal is made to owners of facilities in the Sarajevo Canton area to adhere to the measures of the crisis headquarters, both regarding working hours and the number of people in facilities and the prescribed physical distance, as well as other regulations in force.
