(Patria) – The Association of Camp Detainees in Bosnia and Herzegovina will mark on Saturday in Vlasenica the 27th anniversary of the closure of the Sušica camp.
Through this camp, from May to September 1992, about 8,000 Bosniaks from northeastern Bosnia passed, of whom about 1,600 were killed.
According to data from associations dealing with war topics in BiH, as well as reports from international organizations, among the killed civilians in the Sušica camp there were also children, while hundreds of women and girls were raped and killed.
