Laws on border control of RS and amendments to the Law on Police and Internal Affairs of RS submitted to the RS Government

(Patria) - The working group, formed after the meeting of the highest leadership of the RS, has drafted two laws as requested by the conclusion, namely the Law on Amendments to the Law on Police and Internal Affairs of the RS and the Law on Border Control of the RS. The laws have been submitted to the RS Government.

The RS Government now needs to establish official proposals, after which it will submit them to the National Assembly for adoption.

They state that everything is in accordance with the Dayton Agreement and Annex 2.

The National Assembly of the RS, following the order of Milorad Dodik from February 27, is attacking the constitutional order by adopting a series of laws that undermine state institutions, are not in accordance with the Constitution of BiH, and disrupt the constitutional order of BiH.

Although all adopted laws have been temporarily suspended by the Constitutional Court of BiH until a final decision is made on the submitted appeals, the RS authorities continue with unconstitutional activities.

Incidentally, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH suspects Milorad Dodik, Nenad Stevandić, and Radovan Višković of attacking the constitutional order, and detention has been ordered for them, although they have not yet been arrested.
