(Patria) - The RS Government adopted a conclusion at today's telephone session stating that it does not accept the Bill on the BiH Court, which will be on the agenda at the proposal of MP Predrag Kojović at tomorrow's session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, with a request for urgent procedure consideration.
The Ministry of Justice of the RS, after conducting an analysis, believes that the concept of the Bill on the BiH Court is potentially harmful to the RS and its competencies.
Therefore, this ministry proposed to the RS Government to adopt a conclusion rejecting it.
The Government of the RS has tasked the Ministry of Justice to provide information and a statement on the proposed law, which was submitted to the parliamentary procedure by an authorized proposer, in order to, as stated, most effectively respond to potential upcoming harmful consequences for the institutions of the RS and their competencies.
The Bill on the BiH Court, with a request for urgent procedure consideration, was submitted to the parliamentary procedure by Predrag Kojović from Our Party.
Among other things, it provides for the establishment of an Appellate Division of the BiH Court, which would be located in the municipality of Pale, in the city of East Sarajevo.
