Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton adopts Public Investment Program worth 380 million BAM, aiming to strengthen business entities

(Patria) - The Government of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, at a session chaired by Prime Minister Nezir Pivić, adopted the Public Investment Program of ZDC for the period 2025-2027. The program contains nine projects with a total value of approximately 380,000,000 BAM and is updated annually.

"Every public investment planned for the Canton must be entered into the ZDC Public Investment Register. One of these projects is the announced project of the new Cantonal Hospital Zenica," said Prime Minister Pivić.

The Government adopted the Program for Strengthening the Competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises from the scope of the Ministry of Economy, in the amount of over 3,200,000 BAM, and a decision on awarding agricultural incentives in the amount of 100,000 BAM was also adopted.

The Minister of Economy of ZDC, Samir Šibonjić, emphasized that the Program for Strengthening the Competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of ZDC, adopted today and worth over 3,250,000 BAM, is a record so far.

"We are firmly committed to providing maximum support to strengthening our business entities. Our ZEPS fair is also underway, and we are pleased to have participated in the return of ZEPS and that it is proceeding in a fantastic atmosphere, with great optimism from both businessmen and our fellow citizens. We will continue to support the economy through new incentive and development programs," announced Šibonjić.
