(Patria) - The Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton has accepted the proposal of the Independent Board for the dismissal of the Police Commissioner of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of ZDK, Rusmir Šišić - Fena was confirmed by the relevant Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of ZDK, Benjamin Sinanović.
- My opinion was with reservation, but this is a proposal and procedure initiated by the Independent Board, and the Government of ZDK could either accept or reject their proposal. The Government accepted the proposal - said Minister Sinanović.
He notes that there are two ways to dismiss a police commissioner, who can be dismissed at the proposal of the Independent Board, as a parliamentary body of the ZDK Assembly, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of ZDK. The procedure for the dismissal of Rusmir Šišić was initiated by the Independent Board.
