TK Government Approves Operation of Catering Facilities Until 11 PM with Certain Conditions

(Patria) - The Government of Tuzla Canton, after negotiations with the TK Caterers Group, has reached an agreement to amend the epidemiological measures adopted to combat the coronavirus. Thus, working hours will be until 11 PM. 

"After 7 PM, all the aforementioned facilities are obliged to ensure that all guests in the facility must possess a negative antigen or PCR test, no older than 48 hours, issued by a registered institution or laboratory, or a certificate of having recovered from COVID-19, no older than six months, or a certificate of vaccination," stated the Minister of Trade, Tourism, and Transport of TK, Hamza Bešić, at a press conference.

In the period until 7 PM, facilities are obliged to adhere to previous provisions stipulating that gatherings of no more than 30 people indoors and no more than 60 people outdoors are allowed, with all gatherings within the specified limits taking place in an area that allows for mandatory physical distancing of at least two meters between individuals.

The TK Caterers Group is satisfied that they have managed to reach an agreement with the Government of Tuzla Canton, and they emphasize that they will actively promote the vaccination of the population in their facilities and through their websites.

The ban on live music performances remains in effect in catering facilities. In accordance with the already existing orders of the Crisis Staff of the FBiH Ministry of Health, they are obliged to ensure the presence of COVID wardens. The duty of the wardens is to implement all valid orders and recommendations from the document Recommendations for the Operation of Catering Facilities in the Context of COVID-19, which are an integral part of all federal orders.
