
At an emergency session in Sarajevo, the Government of the Federation of BiH issued its opinion on amendments submitted in the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament to the proposals of three laws concerning aid to areas of FBiH affected by floods, reports the Patria news agency.
These are the proposals for the Law on Establishing the Federal Fund for Aid to Areas Affected by Natural Disasters on the Territory of FBiH, the Law on Financing Aid for Remedying the Consequences of Natural Disasters and Rebuilding Areas Affected by Natural Disasters, and the Law on the Procedure for Transferring Ownership Rights to Real Estate Owned by the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, cantons, cities and municipalities in affected areas.
The government fully or partially accepted a large number of amendments submitted to these three legislative proposals by the Legislative-Legal Committee, clubs and representatives of the House of Representatives. According to announcements, the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament should also issue its opinion on the proposed set of laws on Monday.
