RS Government on Amendments to the Law on Public-Private Partnership

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Government of Republika Srpska is expected to consider the Bill on Amendments and Additions to the Law on Public-Private Partnership in RS today.

Draft laws on amendments and additions to the Law on Criminal Procedure of Republika Srpska and on amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska are also foreseen to be considered.

The agenda also includes consideration of information on the obligations arising for BiH and Republika Srpska from the EU accession process, with an overview of measures and activities implemented during 2019, and on the results achieved in aligning Republika Srpska regulations with EU regulations.

Ministers are expected to consider reports on the implementation of the program for resolving the issues of displaced persons, returnees, and refugees for 2019 and for this year.

The RS Government is also expected to consider the proposal of a decision on supplementing the decision on appointing the Independent International Commission for Investigating the Suffering of All Peoples in the Srebrenica Region in the period 1992-1995, and the decision on amending the decision on appointing the Independent International Commission for Investigating the Suffering of Serbs in Sarajevo in the period 1991-1995.
