RS Government adopts decree on transfer of employees from state to entity institutions

(Patria) - The RS Government today made a decision creating a legal framework for employees in BiH judicial institutions, whose work has been banned by an unconstitutional law in RS, to get jobs in that entity.

The RS Government, as stated in the press release, "adopted the Decree on the procedure for taking over judges, prosecutors, and employees residing in RS, who are employed in the Court of BiH, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH".

The press release emphasizes that these individuals can submit a request to transfer to work in the RS Ministry of Justice, including the Agency for Management of Confiscated Property, the Republican Centre for Research of War, War Crimes and Searching for Missing Persons, the Centre for Providing Free Legal Aid, the Centre for Education of Judges and Prosecutors of RS, the RS Public Prosecutor's Office, correctional facilities in RS, courts and prosecutor's offices in RS, and the RS Judicial Police.
