The Federal Government at today's session in Mostar adopted a Draft Decision on granting consent to the Decision on amendments to the Financial Plan of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute for 2015, reports the Patria news agency.
The explanation of this decision states that the Management Board of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute on 16.9.2015 adopted amendments to the Financial Plan for 2015, to which, in accordance with Article 27 of the Law on Budgets in the Federation of BiH, the Federal Ministry of Finance gave consent in order to secure additional missing funds of 21,373,174 KM.
It was assessed that, in order to ensure regular payment of pensions at the achieved level, the level of funds estimated in the amendments to the Financial Plan of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute for 2015 is objectively necessary.
The FBiH Government adopted a Draft Decision on granting consent to the Decision on amendments to the Statute of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, which was adopted by the Management Board of this Institute at a session held on 16.9.2015.
Both draft decisions adopted today will be submitted to the Parliament of the Federation of BiH for further procedure, the FBiH Government announced.
