KS Government: Harmonize all timetables and procure disinfectants and equipment

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Based on the carriers' request, and in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the Sarajevo Canton Government today ordered the Ministry of Transport to harmonize all public passenger transport timetables in the Sarajevo Canton.

This ministry has also been ordered to secure financial resources and carry out procurement procedures for disinfectants and protective equipment for employees and vehicles of public passenger transport operators, as well as for all associations and legal entities performing taxi transport in the Sarajevo Canton, depending on the number of additional taxi permits, all in a situation of extreme urgency.

All taxi carriers in the Sarajevo Canton have been ordered to regularly disinfect their vehicles, depending on the number of passengers transported.
