Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Government Approves Decision on Advance Pension Adjustment of 11.2 Percent

(Patria) - The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, at a telephone session, approved the Decision on advance pension adjustment in the amount of 11.2 percent, adopted by the Management Board of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Fund in accordance with Article 79, Paragraph 5 of the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.

As explained by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Fund submitted the Decision on advance pension adjustment, in accordance with Article 79, Paragraph 5 of the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, in the amount of 11.2 percent, adopted by the Management Board of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.

The percentage increase represents an advance amount, and the decision on the final adjustment of pensions starting from January 1, 2026, will be made after the Federal Statistical Office publishes data on the growth rate of the consumer price index and the growth rate of gross wages achieved in the previous year compared to the preceding year.
