FBiH Government: Zukić, Ćemalović-Dilberović, and Bečić are SDA candidates for ministerial positions

The Personnel Commission of the Party of Democratic Action will propose Elvira Ćemalović-Dilberović from Mostar for the Minister of Education. She is currently a representative of this party in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Assembly and a professor at the Džemal Bijedić University in Mostar, reports the Patria News Agency.

Amir Zukić, director of VGT Insurance, has been proposed as the Minister of Trade and Entrepreneurship. He was a candidate for the BiH Parliament in the last elections.

As we learn, consultations with DF regarding the candidate for the Minister of Veterans' Affairs are still ongoing. The President of the Personnel Commission, Asim Sarajlić, is expected to officially announce the names at any moment. Allegedly, the candidates are Nedžad Ajnadžić and Samir Kurtović, who is an employee of the Ministry of Veterans' Affairs.

In addition, Kazafet Bečić is also in contention and has most likely been proposed by the Personnel Commission. As we learn, he is close to Mirsad Kukić from Banovići. Bečić is the general director of Elektroremont d.d. Banovići and the vice-president of the OO SDA Banovići. It is known that a letter previously arrived from this city to Bakir Izetbegović, requesting that the Minister of Energy and Mining be from this city where SDA won a sovereign victory.

However, given that they have ceded this position in the FBiH Government to DF, Bečić is likely a compensation to calm down Banovići, where miners have threatened protests.
