FBiH Government to link service for 203 workers

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH has made two decisions on the selection of beneficiaries of funds determined in the FBiH budget for 2021 for the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, in the total amount of 2,653,843.56 KM for settling the debts of business companies for unpaid contributions for pension and disability insurance for 203 workers who have met the conditions for retirement, but whose service has not been paid.

The Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry will conclude an agreement with the beneficiaries on the allocation of grant funds, with defined rights and obligations of the contracting parties.

Business companies will, after concluding the agreement with this ministry, and in accordance with the submitted lists of employees who have met the conditions and are eligible for retirement, have the funds paid to the account of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute.

With the first decision, public companies were approved a total of 977,287.25 KM for the purpose of subsidizing the linking of service, according to approved requests, for settling debts for unpaid contributions for pension and disability insurance for 61 workers.

From this amount, BNT – Tvornica mašina i hidraulike d.d. Novi Travnik was approved 22,628.30 KM for the payment of contributions for pension and disability insurance for two workers, Željezara Zenica d.o.o. Zenica – in bankruptcy 249,185.62 KM for 12 workers, Binas d.d. Bugojno 63,648.37 KM for four workers, IP Krivaja d.o.o. Zavidovići in bankruptcy 486,372.60 KM for 36 workers, and Granit d.d. Jablanica in bankruptcy 155,452.36 KM for seven workers.

With the second decision, the FBiH Government approved 1,676,556.31 KM for the purpose of subsidizing private companies and entrepreneurs for linking service for 142 workers who have met the conditions for retirement, but whose service has not been paid.

From this amount, Fortuna d.d. Gračanica in bankruptcy was approved 590,781.58 KM for 48 workers, Krivaja Mobel d.o.o. Zavidovići – in bankruptcy 76,639.87 KM for 26 workers, Aluminij d.d. Mostar 378,174.79 KM for 23 workers, MI Fering d.d. Gračanica – in bankruptcy 98,565.24 KM for four workers, SEP NOVA d.o.o. Posušje in bankruptcy 55,473.94 KM for two workers, Olimp d.d. Gračanica 265,490.23 KM for 17 workers, Rudstroj d.d. Kakanj in bankruptcy 68,023.83 KM for six workers, Napredak d.d. Tešanj 15,787.84 KM for two workers, and Konjuh d.d. Živinice – in bankruptcy 127,618.99 KM for 14 workers.
