FBiH Government Adopts New Labour Law

12:50 - The Government of the Federation of BiH, currently in session in Mostar, has adopted a new Labour Law, reports the Patria News Agency.

Prior to the session, the Union announced that it would seek the dismissal of the entire Government if this law is adopted.

11:31 - Based on proposals from employers and agreements reached so far with the Workers' Union, the Government is expected to consider and potentially adopt the draft Labour Law at today's session. The Government claims the new Law offers over 30 solutions for a drastic improvement of workers' rights.

The Union claims that if the Labour Law proceeds to parliamentary procedure, they will seek the dismissal of the entire Government.
